Setting sform and xform directly
Check for non-full rank q/sform since this causes mrAlign to be unhappy
Set to identity had voxel sizes inverted causing it to work inproperly

sometimes voxel coord were getting round down from slightly less than 0.5 to 0, I think this only happens with a bad transform--but it crashes the code nonetheless. Now it sets 0 indices back to 1 and prints a warning

time series are now being saved into TSeries/Analyze as they should have been
also found out that the nifit files seem to have header.scale set to 0 (atleast with respect to readanalyze). Made a change in loadtSeries in mrLoadRet3.1 so that it doesn't zero out all the data when it tries to load it.
